Why London is a Great Place to Study Veterinary

London, the heart of biotechnology in the UK and home to the prestigious Royal Veterinary College, offers comprehensive educational opportunities, a wide range of career options and the right job growth environment to make your veterinary career a success. Owned by the Royal Veterinary College, the London BioScience Innovation Centre is opening up research and development opportunities to students and professionals by attracting biotechnology companies to central London. The London veterinary community also benefits from the groundbreaking research conducted by the Animal Health Trust, where achievements include the discovery of crucial vaccines and the development of new therapies for degenerative conditions in horses and companion animals. Equally impressive is the legacy of the London Zoo, one of the world's first scientific zoos and a great place to gain experience or employment in the care and treatment of wild animals.
